In 2019, Lindsay and I met in New York City working at Goldman Sachs and realized very quickly we had two things in common: both of us were from small towns in Michigan and both wanted desperately to be writers.

Over the course of the six years that followed, we each went on to carve out a non-traditional path into publishing.

In celebration of Lindsay’s book, Summer on Lilac Island, a mother-daughter story set in Mackinac Island, join us for what we hope will be an inspiring discussion on never giving up on your dreams.
