2. I took my a week and a half completely offline with my family in Idaho. It was so special and truly rejuvenating.

3. Happy 1 year sober anniversary to Sophie!

4. The kindest passenger offered to switch seats so G and I could sit next to each other on our flight back from Idaho. He gave up his aisle seat for a middle to do so. Nominating him for knighthood.

5. Mari Andrew wrote a thought-provoking newsletter. This question stuck with me: How do I protect my peace?

9. I re-read Lindsay’s incredible book The Heart of the Deal (the first version I read was printed on computer paper from FedEx two years ago). I can’t underscore how incredible it was. The characters will stay with me for years. The way she wrote about the protagonist's experience dating someone who struggles with depression was raw and heart-wrenching and so important. 

10. G met my brothers. I got up on water skis on the first try. We made my family arepas. All these little magical moments I am treasuring.
