10 Things I’m Celebrating This Week:

  1. I wrote about making friends when you move to a new country (but is applicable for any moment in life). This is the playbook I’m following here in Scotland to put myself in the way of friendship.

  2. G and I biked to Glasgow from Edinburgh (100km!!) which was EPIC.

  3. My amazing executive coach Eric launched Go Fractional, a marketplace to hire amazing fractional talent and to offer fractional work. The story behind it is here!!

  4. I ordered a happy light (at great reluctance) and I’m astonished to report that it actually does make me happier.

  5. Carol started a new role as an early-stage investor at BBG!!

  6. I love Randa and Harry’s newsletter so much. It is my favorite thing in my inbox tbh.

  7. So excited to go to LALA’s show in Barcelona. Buy your tickets here!

  8. The a cappella version of her song Woman moved me to tears.

  9. I finished Emily Henry’s book Happy Place and bawled. Where is the Emily Henry support group?

  10. Looking for weekend trip ideas from London/Edinburgh to celebrate my birthday in June! Welcoming any suggestions for hike/bike/nature bops or a lovely b&b.

All my love,

Sarah

I live on the Isle of Arran and it's one of the most amazing places on earth for hiking. The ferry from Ardrossan to Brodick is a 50-minute crossing. The train from Glasgow to Ardrossan is 45 mins. I'd be more than happy to share my knowledge if you fancied a visit. Always happy to meet a fellow traveller!
